Skylar Neese, a 16-year-old high school student from Star City, West Virginia, was murdered by her two best friends, Shelia Eddy and Rachel Shoaf, on July 6, 2012. Skylar Neese was last seen leaving her home around midnight on July 6, 2012. Surveillance footage showed her getting into a car with Eddy and Shoaf.
