Shoaf's confession indicated a simple dislike for Neese. •Rachel Shoaf pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and was sentenced to 30 years in prison, with eligibility for parole after 10 years. •Shelia Eddy pleaded guilty to first-degree murder and received a life sentence, with the possibility of parole after 15 years.
