I love this movie so much! I sympathize a lot with all the anger Mei is feeling. I absolutely hate how so many disregard it as "a movie about periods", like we clearly haven't watched the same movie😭

I think it's the lighting but it looks like her mother's pendant is glowing when she's upset here. Even if it's an accident it's pretty cool because you can really see the mom lose her composure here.
