I was the same at first. In literal tears sat on the edge of my bed wondering how I was going to do it. Now, 2yrs on, it just feels normal and natural ♥️CPAP saves lives!

Ho do you get that “farting” noise to stop. I do the 45 min soft start and fall asleep but then wake up to this horrible farting noise out of the mask.

I have been using my cpap since Oct 2024. It was difficult to use at first, and now I enjoy sleeping with it. It has vastly improved my apnea and anxiety tremendously.

I can't sleep without my vpap machine now, the difference is unreal. Even got a portable generator to go camping with it.
