INGREDIENTS/RECIPE👇 1 tbsp granulated sugar 1 instant packet dry yeast 3/4 cup warm heavy cream 1/4 cup warm whole milk 4 cups all purpose flour, sifted 1/2 cup granulated sugar, sifted 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon, sifted 1 tsp salt, sifted 3 large egg, room temperature 1 tbsp mexican vanilla extract  1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature, sliced TOPPINGS - 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon Sprinkles Melted (white) chocolate M E T H O D - Warm heavy cream and milk, should not be hot or it will kill the yeast and won’t rise. Combine sugar, instant yeast and milk, mix and covered for ten minutes. Next, begin to sift flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add dry ingredients to q bowl, make a wheal in the middle and add in eggs that should be at room temperature. Begin to knead roughly until everything is incorporated together. Transfer into a work surface, add in unsalted room temperature butter and begin to knead for ten minutes no more flour should be added during this time, if it feels sticky that’s okay, just keep kneading. Let dough rest for 1-2 hour(s), covered. - - Punch dough out, divide into 2 parts, covering the other half so it doesn’t dry out & begin to roll out & cut out. Left donuts rest for 1 hour covered. In a bowl combine granulated sugar and cinnamon and mix. (You can also melt chocolate if you want instead of sugar,) Heat up oil, don’t left the oil get too hot or donuts will burn quickly. Add donuts into oil cooking on one side for 3”-45 seconds each side, these cook fast. Straight out of the oil cover with sugar quickly so the sugar can stick.
