Since he was little, Taka has helped Mufasa many times." He was indoctrinated to be a king. But he didn't learn to be a real king. And fate/destiny was not on his side. Taka felt that it was unfair. Taka became jealous and hated. Even though Mufasa didn't do anything, he didn't. betrayed Taka and just followed his fate. It is indeed Mufasa's destiny to be rescued and become King and get Sarabi.
