Sadly it’s who you know not what you know. These inspectors are corrupt in most of our towns and have free rein to do what they want and if you try to shake the tree they come after you. I would venture to guess that nepotism is rampant in our towns so based on that who is ever going to rat on a relative?

Austin , okay so did the builder frame the house with structural stamped drawings by the architect’s structural group ? The building dept 90% don’t even know what they are looking at .
