Also don’t spit coconut oil into the sink. It’ll block your drain over time. Discard in tissue and bin.

I do same , and add peppermint oil . In my evening half a tea spoon curcuma powder aswell ( does not make teeth yellow but White also while being anti inflammatory) no need for chemical toothpaste
