@ebbymoyer: RECIPE BELOW 🥚p.s. dont freak out about raw egg yolks, if they are from healthy, pasture raised chickens with clean shells there should be no problem with icky bacteria and these will be heated through in the making process anyways. Or uou can return the mixture to the stove and gently heat it to pasteurize - 5 egg yolks 1/2 c maple syrup 2c whole milk 1 stick/1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg A few whole cloves/pinch of ground clove Pinch of salt 1 c heavy cream - whisk eggs with maple syrup until light yellow and frothy - add milk to a pot wirh spcies and gently warm on the stovw- dont boil! - add a little bit of hot milk to the eggs at a time, whisking to temper them so that they dont cook. - once egg yolks are warm add thenreet of the milk, whisking - add heavy cream- optionally whip it first - let cool in the fridge or enjoy warm (i think its better warm 🫠) . . #eggnog #eggnogrecipe #adrenalcocktail #hormonehealth
