From an OR nurse— use something with a flared base or tie a string to it! You can’t go back once it’s up too far without a safety net. These are my favorite cases though 🤣

Former Paramedic here. My PT said he was on a boat with a friend when he “slipped” onto a tool bag causing the socket wrench to go somewhere it shouldn’t. No water, boat or friend in sight.
