Wer es warm und cremig mag, aber mal was anderes möchte als Porridge, sollte diesen Zimtschnecken-Grießbrei mit Apfelkompott ausprobieren 🙌🏻 (unbezahlte Werbung) Für ca. 4 Portionen: 2 Äpfel, gewaschen 2 - 4 EL Ahornsirup 1/2 Bio Zitrone, gewaschen 500 ml Sojamilch (oder andere Milchalternative) 45 g Weichweizengrieß 35 g Mandelmehl 3 -4 EL Zimtschnecken Nut Butter von Davert (unbezahlte Werbung) optional: 1 Prise Salz, 1 Prise Zimt Äpfel entkernen und optional schälen (wir finden das nicht notwendig, aber wenn ihr Schalen-Stücke nicht mögt, solltet ihr das besser tun). In grobe Stücke schneiden, dann in einen Topf geben, 1 EL Ahornsirup, Saft und Schale der halben Zitrone dazugeben und mit Deckel aufkochen, dann Hitze reduzieren und ca. 5 Minuten köcheln lassen. Wenn die Äpfel etwas weicher geworden sind, mit einem Kartoffelstampfer (alternativ einer Gabel) etwas kleindrücken. In der Zwischenzeit Milch aufkochen, dann vom Herd nehmen und Grieß, Mandelmehl und optional Salz gründlich unterrühren. Etwas stehen lassen, bis die Masse dicker wird und dann 1 EL Zimtschnecken Nut Butter untermengen. Vor den Servieren mit dem Apfelkompott, nach Geschmack etwas Ahornsirup und mehr Zimtschnecken Nut Butter und Zimt toppen. Enjoooyyy 😋
