I never pre cook my lasagna noodles, they come out cooked and not mush. Also, substitute the ricotta with cottage cheese. I'm sure some Italian lady is clutching her pearls 🤣 but trust me! 👌

If you add a thin layer of sauce to the bottom of the pan before you add the noodles , you won't have to spray the pan. BTW this looks delicious.
