If you would like to remember your dreams you would have to wake up during the REM stage, wake up more slowly, and keep a dream journal. 4. This is even worse at 24 hours which is similar to a BAC of 0.10%. 5. This has been studied and what was found was lower doses of melatonin were actually more effective since this is closer to the normal physiological dosage we naturally secrete, which is around 0.3mg. 6. Hahah even with melatonin I lay in bed trying to fall asleep until my brain shuts off. Then my sleeping pill only gets me 4-6 hrs if I mom bladder doesn’t kick in
