@doctorsood: Who else loves sleep? 😴 1. This is just an average and can vary. Generally if you fall asleep too quickly you may be sleep deprived and if it takes too long you might have sleep-onset insomnia. 2. This was researched and they found when you multitask more you increase the need for restorative sleep to recover from mental fatigue. There can also be hormonal factors for why women might require more sleep than men. 3. If you would like to remember your dreams you would have to wake up during the REM stage, wake up more slowly, and keep a dream journal. 4. This is even worse at 24 hours which is similar to a BAC of 0.10%. 5. This has been studied and what was found was lower doses of melatonin were actually more effective since this is closer to the normal physiological dosage we naturally secrete, which is around 0.3mg. 6. Don’t sleep on me
Wait wait wait... 10-20 min??? I know someone who falls asleep in minutes and it's crazy. It takes me hours.
