In a room of 3 people, in some arbitrary measurement of your choosing, two of them are 10 and the third is 1. making the average 7. This means 66% of the room is above average. However if the caller understood that I'm sure he would explain it, rather than get offended, so I'm not really taking a side, I just think this exchange is pointless.
