Here is my problem…these people want more cool, but here I am making 70k a year and I don't see any increase…so the value of my work is diminished because I now have to pay more for goods they sell.

Starbucks start at 16/hr but a certified nursing assistant start at 17/hr in my area. Fast food joints/chains are STARTER jobs. Managers make a good living at those joints

some people are so out of touch with just how much it takes, thousands and thousands of hours with no upfront pay to build a company from the ground up. That’s worth 57K an hour alone.

I would welcome perspective to this. Yes, CEO make a ridiculous amount, but how much should a Starbucks person make versus, teacher, mechanic, electrician. There is a big balance here.
