@dr.vegan: Tomato and basil pasta Ingredients: pasta 3 garlic cloves (or more if you like) olive oil 1 cup cherry tomatoes (cut in half) handful of fresh basil salt to taste Method: Fry garlic in a generous amount of olive oil on medium heat. After a few seconds, add the cherry tomatoes. Let it cook until softened for around 3-5 mins. Season with salt, and add a handful of basil. Let it cook for another min and add pasta water. Once the sauce has thickened, add the pasta, mix well.
