I never got why spaghetti&meatballs is a thing in the US. The meatballs barely give any flavor to the sauce. I prefer the meat integrated in the sauce, like in a ragout. Love your content though! 🥰

That looks wonderful! I typically brown mine off in the pot that I then make the sauce in, then I add the meatballs back to let them tenderize and build flavor.
