Orange Pistachio Cake 🍊 A moist and mouth-watering orange cake that will make you reach for the second slice in seconds! I have had many orange cakes before, but this easy orange cake recipe stands out, and it’s for a good reason. The orange flavor is perfect, and the cake batter comes together quickly!                                                                                           Method: 1.Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare bundt pan with baking spray or grease and flour. 2.Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl. 3.Combine granulated sugar and orange zest in another bowl. 4.Beat eggs in a stand mixer until pale and thickened.Add orange sugar, beat until pale yellow, then add olive oil, milk, pistachios and vanilla extract. 5.Fold in flour mixture in 3 parts. 6.Pour batter into prepared bundt pan. 7.Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean. 8.Cool cake in pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring to cooling rack to cool completely. For the saffron glaze: 1.Infuse warmed oat milk with saffron for at least 10 minutes. 2.Strain saffron threads and mix infused milk with sugar until desired glaze consistency is reached.  3.Pour glaze over cooled cake, slice, and serve. #fyp #orange #cake #foodart #Recipe
