Parental responsibility means absolutely nothing in uk family courts it’s the worse misleading information. PR is used when suited in courts PR is to enforce child maintenance but ignored in contact

Even if you’re married and not named on the birth certificate you don’t have parental responsibility. Marriage doesn’t make any difference.
