In the early 2000's American Airlines allowed multiple contractors (my husband included) to do work that lasted over a year at LAX. When completed, they filed bankruptcy and paid no one. I'll never fly American!

delta airlines has been the best. On time if not early. Actual reputable customer service. their tickets come pricier than most. Then it hit me, they get to charge extra for bare minimum. Crazy

I was flying American Airlines last week and they delayed, canceled, and rescheduled my flight 4 times. I was stuck for 2 days. Finally canceled and bought a new ticket.

Yesterday they canceled my flight, rebooked incorrectly, was not able to book the same flight due to their mistake, charged us 27k MORE pts to book 12/24 then this happened while boarded. &Still here
