that's a dip not negative muscle up you need the pull up part aswell

Recommend focusing on getting over the bar first, get a full pull up bar, use assist bands and practice high pull ups, then getting over the bar

work on explosive pull ups at first, its much easier to do a muscle up if you habe good base pull strength
