the answer is yes.Because if you strech the closed loop you get a circle and is true for a triange too but not for a pentagon and higher shapes because the sum of the corners is more than 360° or not?

Apparently the case of piecewise smooth curves is already proven, and bc I fail to understand anything about continuous non differentiable curves beyond fractal=pretty I give up
