Context for those of you who are curious 💞 @Kit ✨♿️ Obviously there are lots of times where life gets in the way, circumstances provide no other option, or my body simply decides to mess around and I go past that red line. I also consider my POTS and hEDS to be dynamic disabilities for me, so my 100% looks different on any given day. But I’ve noticed if I can hover at that 50%-75% mark and try my best to avoid ever even coming near the red line, I can truck along for a lot longer without flaring, I can get a lot more done in the long run, and my overall quality of life is better than when I was constantly teetering close to the line.
