Had to move to TX as a kid, moved to CA (OC) at 20. Been here 35 yrs. LA 31 yrs and now San Diego 4 yrs. You couldn’t pay me $100 million to go back to TX. San Fran is amazing; Carmel, Big Sur, 🔥🔥🔥

I moved to California after visiting once, which was 35 years ago. California is more expensive, but it's worth it, and it's relatively easier to make more money than other states I've lived in.

I don’t think Texas’s unstable electric grid gets enough attention. Sometimes it seems like we’re in a developing country because residential homes shouldn’t need a backup generator.

live in central California love it .if it get to hot go to coast 2hr away, mountain l to 2hr away l.a. 3.5 hrs away. we have 4 seasons love it

I am tired about hearing people say TX is cheaper. The property tax is outrageous!! Also because it’s sooooo hot the elect bills are astronomical
