The company needs to fit as many seats onto the plane as possible. They must take the average size and how much they can fit onto the plane and place the seats. :)

What would u like them to do exactly? The seats are small to make flying cost effective. if there were half as many seats then the ticket price would double. Someone has to pay for the service.
