I can't go back to using pre-ground cinnamon after trying this. Just grab cinnamon sticks and do it yourself! I also found a hack in grinding my own cinnamon. What I knock from the cover of my grinder doesn’t need to go through a strainer it’s just perfect cinnamon powder.
