macpherson strut on pilot looks ok, I get noise on bumps but also three or four clunks when accelerating. Replaced control arm but it wasn’t the ball joint or sway bar.

I had a clicking noise when I turn right and left my Uncle mechanic charged $750 for parts and labor on Sunday. I hit a bump today and now when I go over any slight bump I hear a loud knocking noise. He wants to go and get an alignment. (The steering wheel is not straight). Should I check front struts first?
