Colour, are the colours present in your look or are you choosing complementary colours that don’t exist in the look to create somewhat of a colour block? Generally, if the colours don’t exist in any variation in your look, the bolder the accessories. All three of these properties affect how bold accessories stand against an outfit. In this case the pink and organge @wedreamincolour bird earrings are actually less bold than the green and pink @mercedessalazar earrings. Why? Because the @wedreamincolour earrings, although bigger in size, mimic shapes in the print and colours in the print. The @mercedessalazar earrings on the other hand do not mimic shapes within the print and instead stand in contrast. This boldness felt appropriate when the outfit was toned down with a corduroy suit. With the full on set I opted to go for a relatively more muted styling option.
