You need your auto pilot put the throttle to CLB turn on FD and AP/THR and Your speed on the auto pilot and then select your speed hdg and altitude.

Guys what works for my is I quickly turn on auto pilot and it automatically turns off due to the plane being on the ground in the pre-takeoff procedures and it fixes the plane pitching to the sky
