Mundo and Tahm do way too much damage while being nigh unkillable. The lack of good max health damage on ADC’s is making them even harder to deal with in the current meta.

Tanks are made to sustain long fights where they get their value from CC, Mundo build to sustain long fights but he also builds to deal damage and have no CC. His core design is the same as a bruiser.
