try not to move your shoulder as much, imagine it like your elbow and wrist are the only parts that have hinges and your shoulder is held by a wooden board. Also, try to keep your wrist bent.

Even though I play the viola (basically violin) I would recommend to lessen your tension through your body. Try to flow with your bow and your shoulders, just try to be more relaxed but otherwise it’s really good!! You got better posture than me too lol 😂

Your arm bowing is pretty incorrect that why it’s squeaky, keep your arm straight and use mainly your wrist not elbow.
