Yes just not DAILY 😩 that was the issue bc dimethicones do build up overtime. You can use a dry shampoo or sulfate free in between washes. SHAMPOO 2x (1 wash lifts, the 2nd removes), then condition

Hairdresser here! Each to their own and it’s so fine if you want to use drugstore products however Hydroxypropyltrimonium and other chemicals are found in all Pantene products and over time release
