As someone who exercise on a regular basis, I am always on the lookout for high protein snacks that are guiltless to eat. Recently, I was introduced to @Coa | Protein rich chocolate Dark Chocolate Clusters. I am now a fan! Chocolate was originally considered a health food, and I am glad to find a brand that is bringing this vision back. Coa Dark Chocolate Clusters have 3 to 4 times more protein than your average chocolate. It is packed with their exclusive fermented protein source (no whey involved). It contains 60-80% less sugar and 30% fewer calories than leading chocolate bars, with 7.5g of dietary fibre per packet. Health and pleasure can really go hand in hand with this addictive snack. Apart from eating it on its own, I like to add these chocolate clusters into my homemade desserts. Without further ado, check out my simple recipe - Ingredients 60g High Protein Instant Oats (can also use regular instant oats) 90g Milk Unsweetened Greek Yogurt 1 Banana 1 packet of Coa & Co Dark Chocolate Clusters 1) Add warm milk to instant oats and mix well. Microwave the mixture for 2 minutes under low heat (I used 300 watt). 2) Divide the oats mixture in two portions. Press 1 portion of oats in a box as the bottom layer. Top with a layer of greek yogurt. Add banana slices on top. 3) Repeat the whole process once. 4) Layer the uppermost layer of banana slices with Greek yogurt. 5) Top with 1 packet of Coa & Co Dark Chocolate Clusters. This topping adds a delicious crunch and chocolaty taste to the oatmeal cake. 6) Keep cake in the fridge for a few hours or overnight before eating. Enjoy! Do check out Coa & Co Dark Chocolate Clusters for a yummy high protein snack.
