Baked Pasta🍝 Ingredients: - 400g rigatoni pasta - 4 cups cherry tomatoes - 1 feta cheese - 2 tablespoons olive oil - Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). 2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cook the rigatoni for about 4 minutes, just until it’s slightly undercooked. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. 3. In the air fryer basket,place the cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined and air fry for 25 minutes. 4. Add the precooked rigatoni pasta in the mixture to the air fryer basket, mix everything and add some extra cheese on top. 5. Air fry the pasta at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes, until the pasta is crispy on the outside with a grilled cheese on top. 6. Once done, remove from the air fryer and let it cool slightly before serving.
