Chinois Recipe 🤍 Experience the delightful fusion of fluffy yeast dough, creamy pastry cream, and melting chocolate chunks with our Chinois Recipe! 🥰 📝  Ingredients:  (for a 24 cm round baking pan)    For the Yeast Dough: - 250 g flour - 30 g sugar - 5 g salt - 10 g fresh yeast - 125 ml lukewarm milk - 50 g soft butter - 1 egg    For the Pastry Cream: - 250 ml milk - 3 egg yolks - 60 g sugar - 25 g cornstarch - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract    For the Filling: - 100 g chocolate chunks (bittersweet or of your choice)    For Brushing: - 1 egg yolk + 1 tablespoon milk 🤍  Preparation: 1. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm milk and let it sit until it foams. 2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt. Add the dissolved yeast, soft butter, and the egg to the flour, kneading into a smooth dough. 3. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size. 4. Heat the milk in a saucepan without bringing it to a boil. In a bowl, mix egg yolks, sugar, and cornstarch until smooth. 5. Slowly pour the warm milk into the egg yolk mixture, stirring constantly. Pour the mixture back into the saucepan and thicken over medium heat, stirring constantly. 6. Remove from heat, add vanilla extract, stir well, and let it cool. 7. Roll out the yeast dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface. 8. Evenly spread the cooled pastry cream on the dough and sprinkle chocolate chunks over it. 9. Roll up the dough and cut it into 7 equal slices. Place the slices in the greased baking pan. 10. Cover the Chinois and let it rise for an additional 30 minutes. Brush with the egg yolk-milk mixture. 11. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the Chinois for approximately 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
