I think the most helpful thing I've heard is that your hunger level is an indicator of how soon you should eat, NOT how much. Angry, loud, crazy hunger does not mean I should devour my entire plate.

Yes! Safety behaviors around food are like compulsions in ocd. The more we partake in them, the more collateral damage later. The bigger the binge 🥺💕
