I do maximum 3 times per week at the gym and always incorporate lower and upper body. I spend around 45 minutes to an hour working out and either get a lot of steps in during the day or do 15 minutes on bike after workout. Some days are an emphasis on quads and other on back but I ALWAYS do some sort of glute bridge variation.
