I highly doubt that living in a house like this is Good for your health in long term.It is very likely that the foam is gasing out. Same with carpet glue from the 70s..

Ok, but you still need studs and you still need their concrete (or cement), so all you’re really doing is replacing drywall and mineral wool with EPS/XPS and cement. Not sure how that’s cheaper.
