Not only because it reached over 7 million accounts across TikTok and Instagram, but because it tastes exactly like banana bread but for a fraction of the calories. What you’ll need: (per serve) 40g rolled oats 80g banana 10g chia seeds 20g vanilla protein powder 150ml almond milk 15g Cadbury milk chocolate chips 1/2 tsp baking powder To serve: 100g Greek yogurt 10g peanut butter Method: Preheat oven to 180C or 350F. Combine all ingredients together (excluding 30g of banana to top at the end) in an oven safe container. Use a fork to whisk all ingredients together. Ensure there are no lumps of protein powder or chia seeds. Top with 30g of banana and milk chocolate chips and press them into the batter. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes (or until cooked through). Allow to cool before serving. Serve with any topping of choice or those listed above.
