I actually support the idea of reducing industrial power, but as someone with a total intolerance to wheat, barley, and rye, my dietary options are restricted. For me, meat is a vital source of nutrition because so many plant-based alternatives are built on grains I cannot physically digest. It is about survival and health as much as it is about choice.
