Sparring in boxing gyms has always been like this, just an ego match. Go to any Muay Thai gym and most people are actually sparring to train.

Nah in America them guys take sparring like it’s a match. Sparred loads of ppl in the uk from different gyms n it’s not like this. The sportsmanship is strong in the uk!!
