@alexineson: My delts grew when I stopped…🙅🏽♂️❌ Lifting too heavy, causing me to do use momentum to swing the weight and/or not doing a FULL range of motion. What you need to remember with the delts is that they are a small muscle that moves a large lever (your arm) through a big range of motion. Sure, you can lift more, but is this going to stimulate those muscle fibres with consistent load through their full range? Probably not, and if your goal is more size, it NEEDS to.
