cosmics cluster is also best used when you only have 1 ammo left because no matter what it will always be able to shoot 5 shots, giving effectively 19 shots

Warlock is one of my favorites, but I still don’t quite understand how his Soul Bond works. Is it radius-based or LOS based? I feel very inconsistent with how many people I can link.
