The guy who came in to do my epidural was wearing a "Snoopy" cap!! I was like "what?" He was awesome!! Walked me through the whole C-section..what was happening.... made sure I had no pain at all

Anesthesia doctors are my lifeline when I have surgeries and most recently 3 heart catherizations. Always comforting, keeps us calm, the first and last face and voice we hear and see before and after.

many procedures can be done without general anesthesia but rather with a local or regional block plus sedation if general anesthesia can be avoided it should be!

I’ve had a couple of surgeries and each time I met my anesthesiologist that morning. Honestly I was trusting God to get me through. But the anesthesiologist did a good job too.

Yes your right I have much respect for anesthesia , but I have seen a pt die with only anesthesia was to blame because the surgeon never cut skin . Very sad

My husband had 2 heart attack and while getting 3 stints. He flat lined 2x. Thank you. Thank god it's been 2 years 🙏🏼 he's still here

All I know is…when my anesthesiologist showed up in a Don’t be Salty cap….I told him “I need one of those. Because lord am I salty right now”. He did in fact send me home with one 😂😂😂

So true. I had a bad anesthesia provider (crna) once. It was very scary. Scary part was we didn’t know the danger until later. I was discharged with blue lips and hunched over
