first thing in your mind when landing on one engine is ur rudder pedals cos as soon as u touch down the aircraft would yaw towards the failed engine so u have to immediately counteract the yaw

Little to no flare/late flare caused the bad landing, and if you look at the papi’s he’s aimed below the glide slope, so he was likely too steep on his vertical descent
