Low sodium diet no caffeine no chocolate after suffering for years. I finally got my man under control. Also vitamin D, magnesium and vitamin B 12 every day it’s a mericle the ringing is faint

5 yrs never stop for 24 hours! Only thing keep busy and keep making any business noise! It helps me reduce and not think bout when too busy! It will stop. Sometime not but hey only way best

Mine is high pitched and been going for about a year. Was a paver for 30 years never wore ear protection. My personal doc said not much I can do. If anyone has something please reach out to me.

It works off your blood pressure, the higher, your blood pressure the louder the noise that’s what I found over the years if you’re chilling mellow you don’t notice that much
