I'm from Belgium and I live in the USA. I fly back and forth to Europe for any minor medical procedure and the flight tickets are way cheaper than my copay in the USA.

As an engineer the pay is more like 350k in USA and 50k in France. Forgot to mention the super high taxes and fees in France. My company pays for medical in the USA
