I bought a “pinky ball” off Amazon and lay on the floor with the ball under my shoulder in that spot. It has SAVED MY LIFE so many times. Seriously try it. It’s the only thing that helps.

I have a never in my neck that’s touching my spine so on the left side I have pain in my shoulder where ur doing it and all down my arm hand n leg it’s terrible. The pains alias unbearable and they don’t want tive u pain meds when people are really in pain

Me. I carry all my anxiety here also have fibro and this is my most painful n sensitive area getting professional massage monthly but knots return straight away 😢 also causes my neck to hurt 😢

If I get stressed about something , that area gets so painful, I do take painkillers, get a massage, put a heat pack but it doesn’t go away ..

partial tear 15 yrs ago heck yeah it knots up horribly... I'm always rubbing on doorways and stuff to try to work it out 😂😂

There's a large nerve right there that connects to the neck. Causes pain and tightness in shoulders and neck area.

Yes I go every three weeks for trigger point injections and also nerve blocks up in my neck. Right now it’s horrible since I’ve been overdue for the drs apt. So Friday relief will come !
