I agree with all that. I also think many of us, our role in this moment in time is to help be the energetic anchors for those who will spiral easier. It’s a tough job but some of us have to do it.

I'm 62 now. someone said how long until I stop processing everything thru the trauma of narc parents? It is how I make better decisions then they did so never I guess? can't even picture it honestly.
