I stopped using Always years ago because it caused so much irritation. I use washable cloth now and have 0 problems, AND surprisingly lighter periods.

Used Poise for a long time and it always had amazing absorption but when I changed to organic my debilitating cramps stopped. If only they made organic Poise

I feel like Always pads that specifically have the “flex foam” work very well! Would be curious if they performed better than the Always you tested here.

I am pretty sure poise uses the same compound that's in diapers, that grainy stuff sodium polyacrylate. poise also makes incontinence products.
