Watch out for over protein in your hair. It can also make it feel like straw. You are probably okay if you use heat or dye your hair frequently bc you damage the hair and need the protein

Mielle Rosemary/Mint oil, Olaplex 3, Eva NYC hair mask, wash with organic goats milk bar soap for hair then Moroccanoil conditioner, spray with its a 10 and blow dry (or braid and air dry)

Personally I'm just cautious when I buy hair products (specifically oils) and try to only get ones with the least amount of ingredients. You can also easily make your own hair oils and treatments!

i used to do this but i heard it’s not good to put hair masks in & let them sit in an updo all day! it makes the hair softer so it breaks much easier as specially when up. thought i’d let you know! <3

I prefer to make my own hair oils so I can get the most of it. A lot of hair oils are mostly full of the cheap undesirable oils as a filler then a touch of the good stuff.
